According to the LAW OF DEBT, the consumer, by means of communication, can terminate the concluded contract within 14 days. For goods purchased in the online store diveevo-shop.ee (Dekovital OÜ), the period begins to apply from the day the goods are handed over to the consumer. A consumer is considered an individual who purchased a product or service through an online store that is not related to his economic or professional activities.
When purchasing from the online store diveevo-shop.ee (Dekovital OÜ), in order to exercise the right of return, the consumer agrees to the following conditions:
1. Returned item must be unused and in original packaging.
2. To return a product, the consumer must submit an application by e-mail: tellimus@diveevo-shop.ee no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
3. The consumer undertakes to reimburse the costs of returning the goods.
4. If the contract is terminated, the consumer must immediately return the goods, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification of termination of the contract.
5. diveevo-shop.ee (Dekovital OÜ) undertakes to immediately, but no later than 30 days after receiving notice of termination of the contract, return to the consumer the amount paid for the returned goods.
6. The 14-day right of return does not apply to the following products in the manufacture of which the personal needs of the customer were taken into account. Also for goods in unopened packaging which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
7. The 14-day right of return does not apply to goods that the consumer receives in diveevo-shop.ee stores (Dekovital OÜ), as well as to goods purchased on credit, which the client receives after concluding the contract.
If any of the conditions of the online store diveevo-shop.ee (Dekovital OÜ) contradicts the law on debt law and impedes the consumer’s right to terminate the contract, then this condition does not apply.
